Recently we posted on Facebook that our IT department applied for and received a $50,000 cybersecurity prize from the RMUC ACT 1 program, a huge accomplishment and something that will help increase our cybersecurity efforts without impacting our budget.

To be the best we can be, we have to work hard in all areas: a reliable and resilient electric grid, strong and secure finances, timely and meaningful communications, materials that are stocked and ready to go at a moment’s notice, and yes, a robust and multi-layered cybersecurity strategy.
